Join Joleen for our Full Moon Yoga and Meditation practice! This Full Moon occurs in the sign of Capricorn, urging us to get down to business in working on our intentions for this year. This is an all-levels Hatha yoga practice followed by a guided meditation. Feel free to bring your own mat or use one provided by the store. All yogis are welcome! The cost is $12 and includes optional CBD gummy to enhance your practice.
