The full moon is a powerful moment of illumination, release, and remembering. Across traditions and through the lens of Ayurveda, the full moon is seen as a time when energy rises, emotions surface, and the inner and outer tides are amplified—offering us an invitation to slow down, soften, and consciously turn inward.
Each month, we gather under the energy of the full moon to honor its unique spiritual significance and the wisdom it offers. While every full moon carries its own theme and medicine, the essence remains the same: a sacred pause to reflect, release what no longer serves, and reconnect to your inner rhythm.
This experience weaves together Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, a deeply nourishing combination that supports the nervous system, the hormones, and the subtle body.
Yin Yoga gently guides the body into longer-held, supported shapes, allowing the fascia to soften, the joints to open, and stagnant energy to move. From an Ayurvedic perspective, this slow, grounding practice helps calm excess Vata, soothe the mind, and create spaciousness within the body.
Yoga Nidra follows as a guided rest—an intentional state between waking and sleeping—where true integration occurs. In this space, the body deeply restores, the subconscious mind becomes receptive, and healing unfolds without effort.
Together, Yin and Yoga Nidra create a kind of alchemy:
Movement without force
Stillness without collapse
Rest that goes beyond sleep
This is a practice of remembrance—returning to your body, your breath, and your inner knowing—held gently within the magnifying energy of the full moon.
Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, replenished, and quietly transformed.
