Full Moon Yin Flow & Savasana Soundbath

Our bodies serve as a tool for focusing the mind and thereby calming it. Chantal will lead a light restorative-style yoga flow, we will transition to a gentle meditation and finally a savasana sound bath.

For your maximum enjoyment, please bring:

-Yoga mat

-Pillow

-Water

Recommended, but not necessary:

-Eye mask

-Journal

-A friend

Street parking is plentiful. Also, loading zones after 7pm are available city-wide.
