Join me for a double workshop at Tribe in Headingley on Sunday, July 21st! First, we'll practice Yin Yoga and gentle somatic work, connecting with the themes of the upcoming full moon. Afterwards, there will be space for journaling and connecting with cacao and home-baked treats. ?? It's a perfect opportunity to sit in community and chat about how the energy of the moon is showing up for us individually and within the collective. Sessions can be booked separately or together for a discount: £12 for one of each, £20 for both.
