I warmly invite you to an intimate and creative community gathering where through an artistic ritual and dance meditation we can connect with the energy of the Full Moon and built stronger connection with ourselves.

The Full Moon is a special time, offering the perfect opportunity for creativity, release, and inviting something new into our lives. During this phase, we can connect more deeply with our intuition and hear our inner voice more clearly.

We will begin the evening with an intuitive art ritual, letting go of expectations and allowing ourselves to be guided by our intuition throughout the creative process. During the guided art ritual, we will use watercolor paints and creative markers.
Afterwards we continue with a movement journey, we will explore a deeper sense of embodied presence and an expanded awareness of ourselves and one another. Through dance meditation, free movement, contact dance, and elements of physical theatre, we will explore a path of connection - returning to ourselves while gently opening toward genuine connection, playfulness, and presence within the group.

The event will take place with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 participants. Registration is required.

Flora Sarlos and Flora Kékes - two mothers and creative souls who found each other in Vienna through a women’s community. Together, they share a deep passion for creativity, movement, and intuitive expression. We co-creating this workshop, offering a nurturing space where women can reconnect with themselves through yoga and art.
