Join us under the full moon for a magical evening while we sip Blue Lotus tea together, enjoying it's calming and euphoric benefits.About this Event
Join me for a shamanic tea meditation with Blue Lotus. We will meet at the lovely Sanctuary in Dublin - a serene getaway right in the middle of the city. I will lead us through a meditation with the tea, using my drum to guide us through a journey to meet the energy of Blue Lotus.
This beautiful flower is celebrated throughout Egyptian culture & history - sometimes referred to as the “cannabis of ancient Egypt”.
Blue Lotus is a natural stress reliever - helping to get out of Beta brainwaves & into the slower ones that are emitted when we are in a flow or meditative state.
The tea brings feelings of joy & euphoria.
After our meditation, we will have time for shares & reflections. You will then learn about the medicinal properties of this sacred flower.

There are mats and cushions available there. I will provide tea & mugs. Feel free to bring a journal and a pen.
