Join us for a gentle evening of tea and sound. Where we will start with a special tea blend chosen to match the current season and planetary energy—helping you feel balanced and in tune with nature.

After tea, we will begin a soothing sound bath with crystal bowls and gentle instruments designed to calm your mind, ease tension, and help you reconnect with yourself.

No experience needed—just come as you are.

Info: During this time we will be tasting a specialty made tea to pair with the season and planetary energy. Please bring a journal to write down how this tea makes you feel, how it taste, and what you are releasing into this Full Moon.

Info: We will have 10 yoga mats and eye masks that participants may use for the Sound Bath. Feel free to bring a blanket for this portion. Sound baths offer benefits for both mind and body by inducing deep relaxation through resonant sound vibrations that lower stress, reduce anxiety, and improve mood, sleep, and overall well-being. This sound bath experience will feature crystal singing bowls and bells.
