Join us for an unforgettable evening of sunset beach yoga paired with a soothing sound bowl meditation, as we connect, and recharge beneath the rising full moon.

• A gentle, grounding all-levels yin yoga right on the sand, guided by the rhythm of the waves and the warmth of golden hour.

• A deep, healing sound bowl session as the moon rises, designed to relax your nervous system and clear energetic blockages.

• Space to release what no longer serves you and soak in the moon’s powerful energy of illumination and release.

• A moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself, nature, and community.

Meet near the rocks on the beach=North End

After entering the park continue past Caledesi Ferry; Pet Beach; Nature Center; Main beach. Go Straight after the stop sign past Oasis Beach; picnic area/nature trail to the NORTH Parking Lot.

Once on the sand go right and look for the group near the rocks.
