THIS is your full moon spot and we couldn't be more excited to offer what we think is the absolute best possible way to spend your next full moon.CLASS STYLE: The first step during the full moon is to GROUND ourselves to the earth & we are utilizing ALL of the medicine & modalities to help you with that!
We will start out in hatha poses (about 5 breaths per position) and sink into longer, more relaxing, stretch holds. This portion of the class is accompanied by a high frequency sound bath and aromatherapy and group energy healing.
From here the class takes a shift into Yoga Nidra or "the Sleep of the Yogi." Yogi sleep is the BEST sleep. Half an hour here and you'll rise feeling like you've had a full night's rest.
While you lay back and relax, we will offer gentle touch AND *individual body work/energy & sound wave healing.
The next step during the full moon is to CONNECT TO YOUR CENTER, where nothing can throw you from your spiritual beam.
After being loved on, working out the kinks, sinking deep into your subconscious and connecting with your higher self we step it up ANOTHER notch and invite you all to stay for our...

Stay to jam out, dance under the light of the moon or to just kick back and enjoy the atmosphere with our high vibe tribe.

Practicing yoga during a full moon and aligning your energy with this lunar phase will encourage your body and mind to feel grounded, serene and fulfilled.
