Starting at 6:30 pm, meet our hosts Jillian and Trish, then claim your spot. They'll guide you to create your own cocoon of comfort. Bring a yoga mat or something to lie on, a light blanket, eye mask if you like and wear loose, comfortable clothing. To preserve the event's privacy and tranquility, late comers will not be admitted.

Info: Our host Jillian is a certified yoga and meditation teacher and she will start to gently guide you through a simple breathing and body relaxation exercise to start the decompression process. Everyone will have eyes closed so you will feel as though you are the only person in the room. Gradually, crystal singing bowls, gongs and other relaxing instruments will lull you safely into a light, dreamlike state. Allow the gentle waves of sound to wash away stress and tension, promoting deep relaxation and self-love. The harmonious sounds will guide you into a state of inner peace and tranquility.
