This transformative workshop combines three powerful elements for total mind-body rejuvenation:
- Begin with a grounding full moon meditation to harness the moon's amplifying energy
- Melt into a deeply relaxing sound bowl yoga nidra experience that will transport you to a state of profound rest
- Flow through gentle, moon-inspired restorative postures to release tension and invite in lunar energy
After our practice, continue the glow as we transition to a social gathering with rosé and light refreshments. Connect with fellow yogis in our beautiful studio space while the full moon energy elevates the conversation!
