FULL MOON SOUND JOURNEY

The Sturgeon Moon, peaking on 28 August, coincides with a partial lunar eclipse, creating a powerful moment for emotional release, reflection, and renewal. Full moons amplify energy, and because our bodies are around 70% water, we are naturally sensitive to these shifts.
During this Sound Journey, the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes ripple through the body, moving stagnant energy, soothing the nervous system, and inviting emotional clarity. The eclipse energy encourages letting go of what no longer serves, creating space for insight, balance, and renewal.
Lie back, receive, and allow the sound to guide you into deep presence, where tension dissolves and your natural flow is restored. This is a rare opportunity to harmonise with the moon’s luminous energy while nurturing mind, body, and spirit.
These sessions are intimate, grounding, and heart-led by qualified and experienced facilitators:
🌀 Sonja Hall
🌀 Matt Bolland
A gentle note on timing:
We aim to begin the journey on time, so please try to arrive 10–15 minutes earlier to allow yourself time to settle into the space. Once we begin, the door will be closed and locked so the sound journey can unfold without interruption.
While we always try to be respectful of everyone’s time, the evening tends to move at its own natural rhythm. We will hold sound for a minimum of one hour, and with our opening check-in and the space we hold afterwards to gently return and share, the evening often runs a little longer than planned.
If you do need to leave by a certain time, please feel free to let us know beforehand so we can support that. Once we begin, time can become a little fluid for us, and we may move beyond the original finish time.
