Full Moon Sound Healing on the Beach

• Guided Sound Healing Session: Relax to the sounds of crystal & tibetan bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. We will sink into ultimate relaxation under the stars with the sounds of the ocean to accompany our journey.
• Full Moon Energy: Harness the natural energy of the full moon, known for its cleansing and renewal properties.
• Beach Vibes: Unwind on the sand with the sound of ocean waves in the background.
• All Levels Welcome: No experience with sound healing, yoga or meditation is required.

• Arrival & Settle In: Set up your comfortable space and mingle with our sound journey community.

• 5:45 pm Moonrise Hang Out

• Towel to lay on and any extra blankets for comfort
• Comfortable clothing
• Water bottle
• Optional: crystals, journal, or any personal items for intention setting

While there is so much beauty in hosting sound healings on the beach, we do know the Florida weather is unpredictable and we want to keep the safety of attendees top of mind. This event will be cancelled if inclement weather will make it unsafe to practice on the beach. Please RSVP and you will be sent email updates should this occur.
