This Full Moon Sound Bath with Restorative Yoga will connect your heart to the transformative energy of the full moon. We often feel emotions more deeply during the full moon, so this is the perfect time to release, relax, and illuminate ourselves. To harmonize with this energy, we have crafted a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience designed to gently guide you through therapeutic and restorative processes, nurturing both mind and body to increase focus and clarity.
Luke Leuterio will lead a sound bath using various tools, such as the angle harp, gongs, and crystal bowls to quiet the mind and put you into a state of deep rest. The sound bath is accompanied by gentle, restorative yoga postures led by Rachael Kinsey to ground and attune the physical body, while cleansing and releasing what no longer serves in the energetic and emotional body in which you’ll be completely supported by props (blankets, bolsters, blocks, etc.) and held for long periods of time (5-15 min) to promote relaxation.
