This special 90 minute event will include full moon rituals including reflecting what no longer serves, gratitude and intention for the next month.
We will move the body to engage the parasympathetic nervous system and use breathwork techniques that help oxygenate the blood so the following Sound Bath will resonate deeper within.
You will then be taken on a personal journey as you are immersed in soothing soundscape of vibrations from singing bowls, gong, drums and chimes, giving your mind a time out from the rumination of thoughts - find an awareness of self, a sense of calm and replenish the spirit.
All participants will also receive a crystal.
