Working with the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, drums, chimes, gongs, vocals and more... Jen will support you in setting intentions for this upcoming Full Moon in Aquarius and tuning you in to the frequencies of letting go and releasing what no longer serves you. This supermoon is believed to influence mood and intuition, increasing sensitivity and emotional reactions. This time can be used for harmony with nature, meditation, reflection, and liberation from outdated habits or beliefs.

The sound healing instruments she uses work with your chakras (energy centers), helping to move a lot of energy quickly, clear any blockages, and help you release anything you've been holding onto that is no longer serving you.
