Full Moon Sound Bath

The Full Moon Sound Bath is a powerful opportunity to connect with the nourishing lunar energy. This class offers a chance to let go of anything that no longer serves you and set intentions for the new cycle ahead. As you lie down comfortably, the vibrations and frequencies of the instruments will wash over you, helping to release any tension or stress your body may be holding on to. You will be surrounded by the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and other instruments, as I guide you into a deep state of relaxation.

No prior experience is necessary and all are welcome!

Class sizes are small and individualized. Wear clothing that you are comfortable stretching and moving in. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else that will help you feel supported. Reclined, seated and chair options are welcome.
