Full Moon Sound Bath

Hello Beautiful!!

Welcome to our Full Moon Sound Bath!!!

These events are a beautiful combination of different instruments playing from the native drum, Nepalian Gong, shakers, singing bowls, and our voice. It is a very healing and deep experience and lots can be shifted in this powerful place.

I invite you to this wonderful mediation, sound, movement, and healing evening. The program is full of magical connections, light language activations, and an inner shift in body, heart & consciousness. It is a powerful experience. It is open for regulars and First timers - come as you are :-)

In these 90 minutes we will be:

- clearing our energy field, shaking off all stuckness with the sound of the drum,

- chanting - opening our Throat Chakra and strengthening vibration in the body,

- you will be guided on the meditation into the heart space where you will be connecting with the wisdom of your Soul, calling your Higher Self and awakening the intelligence of your heart,

- then you will relax and allow gong and other instruments to take you on a deeper journey within, and bath you with the energies of the Full Moon.

- We will finish in silence where you will receive gentle heart & mind balancing.

ONE MAT AND BLANKET WILL BE AVAILABLE - if you would like additional layers or cushions please bring yours.

Please bring a bottle of water and wear something comfortable.

TIME: Please start arriving from 1:35 pm to start @ 1:45 pm - make sure to be on time as we might close the gate. Starting 1:45 pm!!

LOCATION: Tooting Bec, Revive Yoga Studio.
