On October 6, 2025, the Moon will be a waxing gibbous, nearly full, and will peak as the Full Harvest Supermoon at 11:47 p.m. ET, appearing larger and brighter than a typical full moon. This supermoon also goes by the name Hunter's Moon and is the first of three consecutive supermoons in late 2025. The Harvest Moon symbolizes the end of the agricultural cycle. During this amplified lunar period it’s the perfect time to release negative energy, quiet the mind, and welcome new intentions into our lives.
What to expect in a full moon sound bath: gentle stretching to let go of the tension of the day, guided Breathe work and Sound Meditation where you will be immersed in the therapeutic vibrations of various instruments, such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks and the rain stick. The full moon is seen as a time for release and manifestation, and the sound bath helps you align with these lunar energies.
Mats, blankets and bolsters available at the studio. Bring anything else to help you stay comfortable lying in restorative poses such as pillows, fluffy socks, etc. 20$ person. Limited to 12 participants.
