Join us for a soothing start / end to your week. Mercury is coming out of retrograde and this is the last full moon of the year we get to release under. Release, relax and restore your energy to create space for the new. ✨️
During this session you will be taken into a meditative state through sound healing and your healing will be deepened by the infusion of Reiki.

Please bring water. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided but please bring your own pillow if you'd like so you can be as comfortable as possible to enter a meditative state. There are also chairs provided for those needed.
