Relax and find your center with a meditative sound bath which will take place near the full moon and winter solstice. Immerse yourself in a relaxing yet dynamic soundscape of crystal singing bowls, drumming, Native American flute, intuitive singing, and/or other beautiful sound healing instruments. A sound bath can help you relax, de-stress, as well as balance your body, mind, and energy.The full moon can be a time to receive insight and illumination, to let go of what does not serve you, and to energize the creations/life/visions/version of yourself that you want to manifest or embody. Winter solstice is truly a magical time for resting, dreaming, connecting with our intuition, and so much more.
What To Bring:
-Yourself, as you are.
-There are some yoga mats and blankets in the space available for use, but feel free to bring whatever would make you feel comfortable as we relax and receive sound healing. An eye mask, pillow, extra blankets, etc.
-Water
-Journal and pen, if you'd like.
-Consider bringing an item you would like charged with your intentions and healing energy from the evening. This can also be an offering to give back to the Earth (a few examples: a flower, bowl of water, crystal).
