Full moon sound baths can be a deeply transformative and rejuvenating experience for those who participate, offering a unique opportunity to align with the natural rhythms of the universe and tap into the healing power of sound.
The energy of a full moon is often considered to be strongest on the day of the event itself and may extend a day or two before and after and we run our sessions as close as possible to the full moon.
Attending sound bath during these times may be seen as aligning with the natural rhythms of the universe, enhancing the therapeutic effects of the practice.
Instruments used are crystal bowls, gongs, handpan, didgeridoos and more. Be bathed in sound and let the soundscapes take you into your light body.
