Full Moon Sound Bath

The full moon is a good time to release that which no longer serves you and embrace new things into your life. We begin with a brief guided meditation and then relax as the healing frequencies of the gongs, crystal bowls, and Tibetan bowls bring the body, mind, and spirit back into harmony. The sound bath begins at 4:00. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled in. The door will lock at 4:00. Space is limited to 15 people. Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. Advance ticket purchase required. $33
