Bask in the full moon’s glow with a sound journey to release, restore, and renew. Let go, relax, and connect with your highest self.About this Event
No prior experience is necessary and everyone is welcome to join. Please feel free to bring any other props that will support you on your sound or yoga journey. I have a limited supply available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For sound classes, you will be seated or reclined on a yoga mat with a blanket, please let me know if you need a different accommodation. I am located inside Sozo Healing House at 51 W. Elliot Rd Suite 112, Tempe, AZ 85284. It is the building WITHOUT the butterfly decals. See you soon!
