Full Moon Sound Bath

No prior experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome! In these classes, you will be laying down on a yoga mat with a blanket, so wear your comfiest clothes. Feel free to bring any other props, such as blankets, pillows, a bolster, or an eye pillow, that will support you during your sound journey. Let me know if you'd prefer a chair or different set up.
