Please arrive a few minutes early. You are welcome to make yourself a cup of tea or pull an Oracle card. All are welcome!

Dress comfortably! Yoga mats and floor cushions are provided. You are welcome to bring anything you need to be comfy laying on a Yoga mat (for example a blanket, pillow, eye cover, additional cushions)

There is a futon available for anyone who could benefit.
