The May 31 Blue Moon in Sagittarius represents a powerful cosmic moment for personal expansion, truth-seeking, and closing old chapters. As the second full moon of the month, its rare spiritual energy acts as an amplified course correction, exposing hidden realities and helping you cut through personal illusions to see the bigger picture.
This lunation marks the end of outdated mindsets, urging you to shed limiting beliefs and take a bold leap of faith out of your comfort zone.
Furthermore, because this event is a Micromoon—appearing visually smaller due to its distance from Earth—it symbolically invites you to gain emotional distance from daily drama, allowing you to focus on long-term clarity and accelerated manifestation.
As the moon reaches its fullest expression each month, we are invited to do the same - to pause, to reflect, and to let go - of old stories, accumulated tension, and limiting beliefs.
Join Adriana Platt at Discover Yoga for a nourishing evening designed to help you do just that. Starting with gentle, restorative movement, mindfully designed to start the process of unwinding, softening into guided meditation, before releasing to the main event, sound.
In a sound bath, nothing is asked of you. It is space for you to receive, and release as the intentional vibrations from singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments move through the body. Inviting ease, softness, and a gentle shift into your parasympathetic (rest & digest) nervous system. (Like a deep, extended Shavasana, supported by pillows, blankets, and all the intentional prep you did to get there (movement, breath, meditation).
We’ll close with 30 minutes of community integration, enjoying warm tea, and journaling.
No experience necessary. Come as you are, and let this be your monthly pause to reset, release, and return to Self. 🙏🏼

The May 31st Full Moon in Sagittarius invites us into a powerful moment of reflection, release, and expansion. As a rare Blue Moon — the second full moon within a season — this lunation carries an energy of heightened awareness, helping illuminate what no longer aligns and encouraging us to reconnect with truth, clarity, and possibility.
This moon also arrives as a Micromoon, appearing slightly smaller in the sky due to its distance from Earth. Symbolically, it offers an invitation to step back from the noise of everyday life, gain perspective, and reconnect with the bigger picture.
As the moon reaches its fullest expression, we are invited to do the same — to pause, reflect, soften, and let go of old stories, accumulated tension, and limiting beliefs.
Join Adriana Platt at Discover Yoga for a nourishing evening designed to support that process. We’ll begin with gentle restorative movement to help the body unwind, followed by guided meditation and breathwork to settle the nervous system before transitioning into the main experience: sound.
In a sound bath, nothing is asked of you. This is a space to simply receive and release as the intentional vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other instruments move through the body. These frequencies can help invite ease, softness, and a deeper shift into the parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) nervous system — like an extended, fully supported Savasana enhanced through sound, stillness, and presence.
We’ll close the evening with 30 minutes of community integration, warm tea, and journaling.
No experience necessary. Come as you are, and allow this evening to be your monthly pause to reset, release, and return to Self. 🙏🏼
