About this Event

The Full Moon Breathwork and Sound Journey will take place at the beautiful Heritage Hall Ballroom in Vancouver's Mount Pleasant neighborhood on July 18th at 7:30 PM. The event will be led by Lumy and Kasia, and last approximately 120 minutes.

These sessions have been designed to help elevate your spirit, balance your energy and deepen your connection to the universe and yourself. Our goal is to help you access your highest timeline, aligning with the best version of your life path.

We aim to create a space for you to explore your being and connect with the group’s energy, fostering a sense of unity and rejuvenation.

As we breathe together, you’ll release stagnant energy and let go of what no longer serves you, harnessing the power of the full moon to clear the way for new beginnings.

Breathwork with Lumy

The 60-minute Breathwork Session with Lumy offers a profound journey into your inner world. Through potent breathing techniques, you'll unlock new levels of consciousness, release tensions, and find clarity and relaxation. Breathwork addresses physical, spiritual, and emotional health through various breathing exercises. It promotes healing and self-awareness, aiding conditions like chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and depression.

Sound Journey with Kasia

Following the breathwork session, Kasia will guide you through a 60-minute sound journey using a collection of healing instruments, including crystal singing bowls, alchemy bowls, gongs, pyramids, and vocal toning. The instruments have been tuned to 432 Hz—which some say is the natural frequency of the Earth and cosmos. Through the process of entrainment, our bodies (from our cells and brainwaves to our spirits), then begin to match these frequencies in harmony.

About the Full Buck Moon

The Full Moon in July, often referred to as the Buck Moon, holds a special significance in the realm of spiritual practices. During this phase, the lunar energy imbues individuals with a sense of inner wisdom and clarity. The Full Moon serves as a reminder to embrace our personal power and seek out signs and synchronicities that guide us along our journey. The amplification of emotions and intensification of dreams make it an opportune moment for releasing old patterns and calling in new intentions.
