*THIS CLASS INCLUDES A SOUND HEALING JOURNEY, SANDSCAPE THERAPY AND AN ORACLE CARD READING*Come experience the magic of the FULL MOON with this truly unique class at Miracles Wellness Center! Class will begin with a deep breathing exercise, while you gaze at a hand-held sandscape and practice present moment awareness.
Then, a powerful Sound Journey will completely immerse you in vibrational healing. As you listen to 7 quartz crystal singing bowls, your chakras will be opened and your aura will be cleansed. Other Sound Healing instruments will include a crystal pyramid, a large gong, a rainstick, ocean drum, chimes and a hand pan drum. These instruments will help to quiet your overactive conscious mind, ease any anxiety, and connect you with Divine guidance.
After the Sound Bath, we will discuss the specific energy of this month’s FULL MOON and you will receive guidance about how to use this energy most effectively.
