The Ancient People knew that our dances, our songs, our stories, and our noble silences, are the seed and seat of our powers for healing, connection to love, and capacity to unlock innate wisdom. Traditional societies all over the world still observe these practices as ways to harmonize, celebrate, and unify villages and nations. In our western culture, many of us are remembering the true power of our dance to liberate stagnant energy and emotions, unblock mental obsessions and negative thought patterns, and restore vitality, health, and vibrancy to our physical bodies.

As we come into the New Moon in Aries, we find the energy to rise and shine our hearts and minds into a New Astrological Year. Join us to tap into the wisdom of our Souls and Ancestral Memory as we step into higher service, awareness and responsibility to love.

Each song carries a particular focus, and participants are guided to share their movements as a prayer to liberate and expand their own consciousness and that of all living beings.

Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and stretch in. Please avoid consumption of alcohol or controlled substances beforehand. She has led retreats all over the world and continues to provide these life changing, empowering and transformational experiences.
