Join Jere Friedman on the evening of the May FULL MOON for a combination of meditation, chanting, bowls, and gongs that create a powerful fusion of vibrational energy to transport and transform you physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Friday, May 1, 2026 from 7:00 – 8:30 pm

Spiral Light Sound & Meditation Center in the Redlands area of Grand Junction. Address provided upon registration.

• Doors open at 6:30. Please arrive before 7:00 to visit with friends (some old, some new) and get settled. The program will begin promptly at 7:00.

• Feel free to stay afterwards for herbal tea and great conversation.

WEAR: Dress in layers and wear loose, comfortable clothing. As a courtesy to others, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, scented body lotion, or other body fragrances.

BRING: A yoga mat or pad, blankets, pillows or cushion, and eye pillow or eye mask, as you will be sitting and lying on the floor. (Chairs are also available for sitting if you are unable to sit and lie on the floor.)
