About this Event
Humans have been gathering in circle, drumming and singing, since the very beginning; it's in our blood, it's in our bones, it's our human nature.
We hold this playful space to share and teach the medicine songs we've come to learn over the years in ceremony. Let us come together as community, unite our voices, and have fun!
We have extra hoop drums and rattles. If you have your own drum, please bring it with you!
Note: this is not a djembe drum circle, but a medicine/hoop/frame drum circe. That being said, all types of drums are welcome!
- No singing experience required.
- No one will be asked to sing alone. All skill (and non-skill!) levels are welcome.
- Weather Permitting, we will be sitting outside around a fire and will be including a fire ceremony. So bring a warm layer for when the cooler weather of the evening sets in.
