Full Moon Ceremony: Embrace Transformation & Connect with Unconditional Love Through Shamanic Journey, Full Moon Rituals, and Cacao Ceremony:

Every month brings an invitation from Grandmother Full Moon to release what no longer serves us, to let go of what holds us back, and to embrace the transformative power of the moon’s energy.

This sacred ceremony will guide you through a Shamanic Journey, Full Moon Rituals, and a Cacao Ceremony—designed to help you connect deeply with yourself & Great Spirit. At the heart of the ceremony, we will also focus on connecting with the unconditional love within, and explore how by doing so, we can manifest the love we are seeking in all areas of our lives. Allowing a profound healing and transformation. The more we connect with the unconditional love within, the more we magnetize and manifest what we seek in every area of our lives.

• Setting Intentions: We will begin with a short welcoming circle, introducing ourselves (if comfortable), and setting intentions for the ceremony.
• Sacred Space: We’ll create a safe and sacred space together, using elements like sage or palo santo for purification and grounding.
• Grandmother Moon Invocation: A brief meditation or chant to honor Grandmother Moon, inviting her wisdom and light into our ceremony.
• Connection to Unconditional Love: Through a brief meditation, we will connect with the unconditional love that resides within us all. In this space, we will feel the power of this love, remembering that we are deserving of it, and recognizing that it is the foundation from which all love can be manifested.

• Sacred Beverage of the Heart: Cacao is known as the “medicine of the heart” and will be used to open and activate your heart center. We will sit in silence as we sip on this sacred drink, allowing it to deepen our connection to ourselves and the collective energy of the group.
• Guided Meditation: As the cacao works through your system, we will enter a heart-centered meditation where the Spirit of Cacao will guide us, inviting feelings of love, compassion, and deep connection to arise.
• Cacao Blessing: A moment to honor and thank the cacao spirit for its wisdom and the gifts it offers.
• The cacao ceremony As a powerful plant medicine, cacao helps unlock untapped emotions, allowing you to release what no longer serves you and invite new energy. This sacred practice aligns you with your authentic truth and supports the manifestation of your deepest desires. Through cacao, you can shed limiting beliefs, emotional blockages, and past traumas, creating space for clarity, healing, and inner peace. It offers a profound pathway to self-discovery and healing.

• Cleansing and Releasing: We’ll begin the Full Moon Ritual by reflecting on what no longer serves us—be it fears, negative habits, or limiting beliefs. Together, we will use the energy of the Grandmother Full Moon to release and let go anything that needs to go.
• Writing Ceremony: Participants will be invited to write down what they wish to release on a piece of paper. This will be done in silence. Afterward, we will ceremonially burn the papers (safely) as a symbol of release.
• Chant or Prayer Manifesting Love: As we release, we will focus on the idea that by loving ourselves unconditionally, we create the space for the love we seek to flow into every are of our lives—whether in relationships, abundance, or personal peace.A Full Moon chant or prayer to support the energetic release and send our intentions into the universe to manifest your deepest desires. You will be lighting up a candle to set your intentions and what you are calling into your life.

• Guided Journeying: We will journey through shamanic drumming, deep breathing, and a guided visualization. Participants will be led into a meditative state where they will connect with their spirit guides, ancestors, or spirit animals, receiving wisdom and guidance for their personal transformation from the spiritual realm.
• Exploration of Sacred Messages : As you enter your Shamanic Journey, trust the images, sounds, and sensations that arise, knowing they are unique messages for your soul. We’ll invite participants to explore what they need to release and what new insights they gain about their path guided by our Divine team.

• Sharing Circle & Integration: After the journey, we’ll spend a few moments in quiet reflection to integrate the wisdom and messages received during the journey. and the love we wish to manifest after connecting with our heart space. We’ll share about the ways we have been called to embody more love in our lives.
• Closing Blessing: The ceremony will close with a blessing, sending our intentions and love out into the world. We will seal the ceremony with a final prayer or chant, honoring the love that flows freely through us and the universe.

• Comfortable clothing
• A journal and pen (Pen & Paper)
• A tea candle (for the Full Moon Ritual/ optional if not you will be provided one)
• A small offering for Grandmother Moon (flowers, herbs, crystals, etc to charge in the altar you will not leave this at the ceremony).
• A cacao mug (optional but you will be provided one cup)

• Bring with you what you are ready to leave behind and release once and for all (you can have it written down already or you can work on it during our ceremony).
• Bring what you are calling in with the powerful energy of the Full Moon supporting us and the energy of the full moon and the magical energy of the holidays and the new year.
