We spend so much time accumulating. Responsibilities, worries, other people's energy, stories about who we're supposed to be. The full moon illuminates what's been hiding in the shadows and invites us to release it. Not someday. Now.

Join Certified Shamanic Energy Healer Lisa Nezneski, PharmD, for a powerful morning of guided energy healing, intentional release, and sacred community. This isn't passive relaxation—it's active transformation.

What to expect: → Grounding meditation to anchor into your body → Shamanic journey work aligned with full moon energy → Energy clearing to release what's been weighing you down → Illumination practice to honor what's ready to be seen and shed

Come with an open heart and the intention to release what's holding you back. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, a notebook, pen, and your favorite crystal. Come hydrated, and be prepared to drink water after our session ends.
