Full Moon Shadow Work Session

Join us for a transformative Full Moon Shadow Work Session, where we'll harness the releasing energy of the full moon to delve deep into our subconscious and tend to our shadow selves. This workshop is designed to help you uncover hidden aspects of your personality, release limiting beliefs, and embrace your true self with the intention of self-understanding and acceptance.

This workshop is limited to 10 people - an intimate and sacred container, allowing for a deeper dive!

This workshop is open to anyone interested in personal growth, self-discovery, and healing. Whether you are new to shadow work or have been practicing for some time, you'll find value and insight in this session.

What to Bring:

• A matt and cushion or blanket to sit on*
• A journal and pen
• Comfortable clothing
• An open mind and heart

*We will be seated in a circle on the floor. A cushion is highly recommended for comfort. There are folding chairs available for anyone who cannot sit on the floor.

About your facilitator, Jess Spain:

Hi! My name is Jess and I am a meditation and spiritual teacher. Prior to Covid, I was a counselor for several years where I developed my own group curriculum focused on mindfulness, DBT skills, and emotional intelligence. I graduated from Portland State University with a B.S. in psychology and a minor in child and family studies. My focus as a counselor was on the Indigenous community in my area. I am a level II Reiki practitioner and a certified yoga instructor, and I have been a formal meditation student since 2020 with ongoing trainings. I also attended the Nightlight Astrology School in 2021 for Hellenistic Astrology.

I believe in the transformative power of shadow work and introspection. I have applied these modalities to my own life and the results have been inner peace. My hope is to bring these self-investigation tools to others and help them to also find some peace in this life.
