Full Moon Sacred Sound Bath

When was the last time you felt completely relaxed in your body and mind?

I urge you to try a sound bath. Here you will immerse yourself in a safe, comfortable atmosphere and nestle into a deep state of calm where your mind slows down and your body can rest. This experience provides a myriad of healing benefits including reduced inflammation, better sleep, faster tissue repair and a peaceful state of being.

Once your're settled, Jen gently walks you into a state of calm with a guided meditation, followed by 45 minutes of a deeply healing quartz crystal sound bath so you may release what needs to go physically and emotionally and drift into bliss.

WHAT TO BRING: a water bottle and any additional supportive props you like. We delight in wearing cozy socks and eye masks. Noise reducing earplugs help soothe sensitive ears.
