Full Moon Rooftop Yoga Liverpool

Lesley-Ann Yoga and Mercure Rooftop bring you an afternoon of health & well-being.

Soak up the sun with stunning views of the River Mersey and Liver Buildings, meet like-minded people, and take part in a Vinyasa Yoga class and Crystal healing Sound Bath. Fruit and refreshments are also provided.

Finish off your weekend the best way, healing your body & mind, try something new, and have fun! All ages and abilities are welcome.

Ticket includes:

- 45 minute Yoga Class

- 30 minute Crystal Sound Meditation

- Refreshments

What to bring?

Sun cream, water, a cardigan/jumper for the meditation, and a yoga mat if you have one (however some will also be provided).

What to wear?

Shorts or leggings / or something loose and comfortable.

What if I've never practiced Yoga before?

Don't worry! There's a first time for everyone. You can take it at your own pace and rest in childs pose at any point (this will all be explained).

What is a Crystal sound bath?

A crystal sound bath is a form of sound healing, in which a sound healer takes his or her students on a healing journey using the sound vibrations from different instruments (in this case crystal bowls). You will lie down and enjoy the sun whilst the vibrations enter your body and cells.

What about the weather?

Seeing as this event is outside on a rooftop, it is obviously subject to weather conditions. If it happens to rain or it's very windy, we will either re schedule, or refund your money (minus the small Eventbrite booking fee).

T&C'sAll children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.Tickets are none refundable. However, should the event be cancelled due to weather or other unforseen circumstances, a full refund will be applied minus eventbrite charges.Please note that photography may take place at this event for promotional purposes.
