SOLD OUT- As living beings on this planet, we are very closely tied to the cycles of nature. Each month we have the opportunity to design the life we want to lead by working with the energy of the moon, as she flows through each phase of her monthly cycle. During the new moon we go inward, we set our intentions and begin putting our energy into bringing those intentions to fruition.
At the Full moon, we reflect on the progress we’ve made, we celebrate that progress, however big or small it is, and we clear the path for further success by releasing what is not serving our highest good.
Join Monique and Jason, of Kind People Wellness for the monthly Full Moon Ritual and Sound Bath where we will do just that. After a brief discussion of the specific energies impacting us for the current month, we’ll embark on reflection through journal prompts and from that clarity we’ll release the energies no longer needed through a burn ritual. To close the evening, we’ll settle into a Sound bath experience that will align your energy with the intentions for the rest of the moon cycle
