Full Moon Retreat at Divinity Massage & Oasis Spa

Divinity Massage & Oasis Spa is hosting a spa retreat in honor of self-love, self-care, guided meditation w/ crystal singing bowls, healthy eating and much more! Come enjoy a relaxing restorative retreat with us! You deserve a much needed recharge!

Retreat Itinerary for Day 1 (Feb 4th):

○ 4p Greetings

Everyone will introduce themselves and tell a little about what lead them to coming to the retreat! We will also talk about what each guest wants to accomplish and take away from the reatreat.

○ 4:30p Break Bread/Offerings

We will all eat a healthy balanced meal together before starting retreat activities.

○ 5p Tea & Crystal Cleansing Foot Bath

Each guest will pick their herbal tea blend of choice (camomile, lavendar, hibiscus, mint, green tea, rose, chai and much more.) Guests will enjoy a relaxing foot bath with epsom salts and moon charged crystals.

○ 5:45p Quiet Time/Journaling

Silent journaling is a great activity to write down inner thoughts as they arise during your time of not speaking. These thoughts can be later reflected upon to help resolve unhealed trauma, create self-care notes and much more!

○ 6:15p Mantras/Affirmations

Uplifting mantras and affirmations will be spoken by each guest about themselves and to others! In this portion of the retreat we will take time to create our own affirmations that can be spoken for years to come!

○ 6:45p Guided Meditation w/ Crystal Sound Healing

Guided meditation will take place alongside ringing crystal singing bowls to help relax the mind and body. Welcome to tranquility!

○ 7:30p Full Moon Ceremony/Massage (if purchased)

During the Full Moon Ceremony we will take in deep breathe under the light of the moon while taking turns speaking what we each are thankful for in life. Massages will be rendered to guests that purchased them after the ceremony.)

○ 8:30p Departure & Closure

Everyone will say their salutations and depart for the night! Thank you for coming to our divine space!

Day 2 ( Feb 5th) itinerary:

○ 5p Self-Love Discussion & Aromatherapy

Discussion on how to improve self-esteem while relaxing aromatherapy set the tone of the room. Different scents will be passed around to enhance each guest aromatherapy experience.

○ 5:45p Quiet Time/Journaling

○ 6:15p Intentional Painting

After taking time to sit in silence while intitionally journaling, each guest will paint a reflection/representation of how they see themselves.

○ 6:45p Crystal Womb Therapy & Flute Music

Crystal womb Therapy is administered by placing crystals on varying parts of the body to help remove trapped energy and restore the body's energy balances. Flute music will play throughout the spa to assist in relaxation!
