Join Dr. Christen Scott & Pam Littleton for an hour of healing and restoration on the evening of the Full Moon, which is a magical time of releasing and renewal. Christen will teach a Restorative Yoga class specifically for stress reduction and Pam will play her crystal sound bowls for sound healing throughout the class. Both instructors are Reiki Masters and will be utilizing Reiki Healing throughout the class. Please Pre-Register as spaces are very limited.
Please bring whatever you need for class and there will also be some props available for use as well.
