Full Moon Release (A special Moms Event)

Description:

Hey Mamas! With all that we are constantly holding in our minds and in our hands as Mothers, it is crucial for us to find time to release. The more we allow a build up of “the muck” the more stuck we can feel in our days. Join us on the Full Moon at Fox Point Farms for a powerful releasing ritual led by Mary of Full Circle Sound Healing in partnership with San Diego Mom Walks. Mary will guide us through a lite stretch and a meditative sound bath followed by a releasing ritual that includes a journal & burn, primal scream and dancing under the full moonlight in the Hatch Gatherings greenhouse.

What to Bring:

Please bring a mat to lay on, a blanket, socks, a journal & writing utensil.
