JOIN US in amplifying the GOOD VIBES for ourselves, our community and the world as a whole. Learn about Reiki, self-Reiki, how to honor and utilize the power of this full moon specifically and gather together in community.
What is Reiki? (pronounced Ray- Key)
Reiki is a holistic practice that works energetically through mind, body and spirit. It is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is typically administered by laying on hands and is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy that flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. EVERYONE has Reiki in them, even if you have not yet been attuned as a practitioner.
Rei= universal or higher power; Ki= life force energy
Reiki = Universal Life Force Energy
This Reiki circle will be led by Megan Lundahl of Bona Dea Holistic Wellness Solutions (Reiki II). Everyone present will have the opportunity to receive their own time on “the table” and also assist in the healing practice. You DO NOT have to be a Reiki practitioner to participate; all are welcome! We will then join in circle to connect with this full moon specifically, and set our intentions for the lunar cycle.
Please bring your Journal, water and an open, giving heart.
