Full Moon RECHARGE: Outdoor Yoga + Reiki Sound Bath

Join Liz Campbell and Amy Thorson (Nativ Healing) for our monthly outdoor Full Moon Recharge! We will join together in community under the Full Moon with a common intention to unify our breath and our hearts as we move, release, and RECHARGE ~ filling up our souls with love, joy + connection.

The Full Moon is a powerful opportunity to release what no longer serves us so we can create space for what we want to call in to our lives!
