Begin the evening enjoying a Hawaiian opening chant, connecting with the land and elements.

Grounding & Centering

We begin with gentle movement and breath to release the day and settle your nervous system. You’ll be guided into relaxation as you’re bathed in the soothing frequency of 432hz rose quartz crystal bowls.

Hawaiian Release Ritual

A simple, heart-centered ritual to help you release emotions or patterns that no longer serve you — creating space for clarity and ease.

A Moonlit Ocean Soundscape

Crystal singing bowls, delicate chimes, and soft handpan drum rhythms, weave together in harmony with the full moon.

As sound moves through you, you’ll likely experience a lightening of tension — and often, the ocean waves join in, adding their own magic.

Integration & Reflection

We close with grounding sounds and quiet reflection, leaving you feeling centered, peaceful, and open — ready to move back into life with greater ease.
