Full Moon Modular Sound Bath: Universal Love

Love. It’s inside, outside, passing through us and from us. Love is energy. If we consider that we are embraced within the sphere of love, and that we both feed off of it and contribute to it, then it follows that we can use it and share it. So, in the spirit of love, let us practice understanding it, receiving it, and passing it on.

Practice will include: contemplation, breathwork, Tonglen Meditation, aromatherapy, and sound healing.

SETUP

Bring a yoga mat with blankets and pillows to rest on, as you will be invited to lay down on the floor. Wear comfortable clothes. If you require a chair, it will be made available. A journal would be great for any pending thoughts or experiences.
