2021 is a very powerful year of important transformations, fast living, and tremendous mental stress. In order to not only survive, but to rise above all of these big changes you must be able to use your intuition and be in control of your mind.Past experiences are recorded in our subconscious mind and on a daily basis they affect our actions and outlook on life. You think you are in control, but it`s your subconscious ruling your being. When the subconscious is clear then your intuition is very effective and it creates a feeling of order and calm in the conscious mind.
Our frequency has to match what we want to manifest. And equally important, we have to clear our subconscious programming so it does not sabotage our conscious intent. For in fact, it is the programming in our subconscious mind that creates our own reality.
This meditation clears old fears, buried anger, and negative thoughts from the different layers of our mind, every negative emotion and thought you`ve been carrying for a long time. When these are removed you can deal with things as they actually are rather than as your fears portray them.
