Awaken One Love brings you a powerful Full Moon event! By using different healing and meditation techniques to assist attendees in utilizing the powerful energy of the Full Moon - we encourage participants to let go of all that no longer serves them and open up to higher vibration energy! This encourages calmness, clarity, and overall wellness.This months Full Moon event will include:
- guided meditation (with visualization techniques to assist in grounding and quieting the mind)
- sound healing (Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, etc.)
- healing crystal to take home (type of crystal varies)
- labyrinth walk (brings clarity to ones path / purpose - aides in releasing any lingering low energy)
- fire release (allows you to fully let go of large blocks or hurdles in your life, you will know in advance when we are incorporating a fire release element)
- sage cleanse (removes any negative or dark energy - calms the mind)
How to Find Us
There is an East and West entrance from Lincoln Drive onto the property. Best parking will be on the far West side of the property. When you park, look for the purple balloons near the North bridge and walk down the bridge to the amphitheater (on your left after the bridge) where our meditation will take place before walking to the NW corner of the parking lot where the Labyrinth is located.
Things to Know
*Please note event is held outdoors so dress accordingly. Bring a blanket, pillow, or mat to sit on if you wish (none provided - but see amphitheater seating in the pictures attached in the discussion)
**Cost is $30/person on our website or on the day of the event (cash or card accepted). If you pay for the event through our website, you will be sent an email to present as proof of purchase for admittance the day of the event.
***We are not associated with Paradise Valley United Methodist Church, however, we do have permission to host these events on the campus.
