Full Moon Meditation, Intentions & Connection

Meet Madeline Cunningham, LAc, and Functional Medicine Specialist, and Julie Elaine Brown, Entrepreneur and Life Design Expert in person in Boston, Massachusetts for a Full Moon gathering.
This is a full moon in Capricorn– the “doer” sign. Think of it like a goat climbing up a mountain steadily with determination.
Together, we’ll harness that Capricorn energy to:
1. Learn one of the simplest ways to detox and connect back to your health.
2. Understand the power of association: your beliefs create your reality.
3. How establishing one daily habit of movement can change your body and mind.
During our full moon event, we will reflect on the past 30 days, since the last Full Moon (also in Capricorn).
We’ll celebrate our accomplishments over the last month, reflect on the challenges, and set intentions for the next 30 days.
Light snacks, mocktails ,and tea will be provided.
Please bring a yoga mat, journal, and pen.
