Full Moon Meditation

Learn about specific medicinal herbs that pair well with mediation. Dive into the experience by drinking prepared cold infusion of said herbal tea before the meditation begins. The length of the meditation itself will be set at a beginner level. We will hold a sharing circle afterwards to allow the benefits of meditation sink in and to connect with one another in an intimate and safe space. This is the first of many more full moon meditation events to come! Your presence and input afterwards will help us to co-create a better experience each time.
