Full Moon Meditation

Take a step back from the busyness of life and join us for a special Full Moon Meditation at the Sri Chinmoy Centre. This month’s full moon is in the sign of Aries—a time for new beginnings, courage, and inspired action. Together, we’ll create a peaceful space to ignite our inner strength, release self-doubt, and welcome fresh energy and motivation for the path ahead.

What to Expect:

• Guided meditation to support release and renewal
• Sound healing with crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes
• Group chanting and uplifting live music
• Gentle reflection and a closing gratitude practice
• A welcoming, supportive environment for all levels

No previous experience is needed. Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, you are warmly invited to share in this evening of peace and transformation.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothing
• Clean socks (shoes are removed in the meditation space)
• A journal and pen (optional, for reflection)

Practical Details:Please arrive by 6:50pm to settle in. The event will begin promptly at 7:00pm.There is a place to leave bags, coats, and cellphones, but we recommend leaving valuables at home. To help create a peaceful atmosphere, we kindly ask that all cellphones are switched off and left with your belongings outside the event space.
